Qi Gong is a branch of Traditional Chinese Medicine that has been practiced in China for several thousand years. The word "Qi" (pronounced chee) means life force energy and the word "Gong" means skill or cultivation. Thus, Qi Gong is the cultivation of the life force energy by focusing the mind on breathing deeply while making gentle movements.


Qi Gong is an excellent practice in preventative medicine. Overall benefits include:

Tuesday at 7:00 pm (CT) for 6 weeks, starting February 27, 2018

During these 6 weeks we will learn how to accept life as it is in the middle of this world with many distractions through Zazen: Meditation in silence and stillness.
